How can I help you?

How We Start.
Any party may contact me. I can provide advice to one party on negotiation and solutions. If I am going to mediate, I ask all parties to be in on any conversation as soon as possible. We will sign a mediation agreement that explains the basics of mediation and that lays out our procedure, goals, and terms.
The Basic Process.
Mediation begins with understanding each party's position. We progress to the underlying needs. We then generate options to satisfy those needs. With an experienced neutral party listening and clarifying the discussion, you will be surprised by discovering new opportunities. The process ends with a carefully worded agreement that can act as a binding contract.

Let's start talking.
You have no obligation when you schedule an initial evaluation.
